1. How are your chairs different than all the others on the market? |
| Our priority is to design and develop the most therapeutic yet comfortable, aesthetically pleasing massage recliners in the world. We are not just an importer of massage chairs. Our design and development team spends over 120 days/year in Asia working with both furniture and mechanical massage factories. Instead of designing massage chairs, we design comfortable recliners that massage. Keep in mind, the average massage chair owner only uses the massage 10% of the time. Wouldn't you prefer a comfortable recliner to sit in for the other 90% of the time? Back to Top |

2. What is Lomi? |
| Hawaiian lomi massage is a unique healing massage that has been handed down through Hawaiian families from generation to generation. Based upon the ideology that all parts of the body - the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - are all interconnected, lomi massage works to improve the long-term health of its receiver by addressing specific physical ailments as well as reducing overall stress that can lead to injuries and other chronic health issues.

3. With all the moving parts, won't these chairs break down quickly? |
| No. The mechanisms in our chairs are actually a combination of simple mechanisms working in tandem to create a great feeling. For example, instead of using multi-phase motors that have more than one function, we use single-phase, single function motors that only operate as needed. Because all the parts are not functioning all the time, there is much less wear and tear on them. Our failure rate is extremely low, and if something does happen to go wrong, you can rest assured we'll take care of the problem. >> Read about our warranty

4. What is three dimensional technology? |
| Our chairs all utilize three dimensional, roller-disc technology. Most chairs mechanisms will move side-to-side, up and down, and in and out. What makes our chairs so different is that they apply these motions together. This is similar to the kneading motion you feel during a human massage. Back to Top

7. What kind of maintenance do your chairs require? |
| Our chairs require virtually no maintenance. However, if you use your chair regularly, every day, then after a number of months or years it might require lubrication. You can tell when it requires lubrication by an increase in noise from the back. This is a quick and easy process. Feel free to contact us with any questions. Back to Top |

 |
8. How do you clean your chairs? |
| Use any non-abrasive cleaner and a clean cloth. Always do a 'spot check' first by applying some cleaner on an area of the chair that is not readily visible to make sure there is no color alteration. Back to Top |

 |
9. How do your chairs compare to human massage? |
| While there is no substitution for a qualified lomi practitioner, we hear quite often from our customers that our chair is as good as or better than their masseuse. This is because of the three dimensional technology (see question #4) our chairs utilize which contributes to the excellent quality of massage. Back to Top |

10. Are your chairs a tax write-off? |
| Because our products offer real therapeutic value (they are used in chiropractic offices, in fact), they are potentially a tax write-off. Normally you just need a letter of recommendation from a doctor or chiropractor. Tax laws vary from state to state, so be sure to consult your accountant in this matter. Back to Top |
